Yes, stud dogs mark their territory.

Just because a dog is nuetered does not mean their instincts are removed, they will still hump.

If you want to do this breeding thing, I would suggest that you find a female with a good pedigree. AKC/purebred doesn't tell you a whole lot about it's background.
