It would be easier, but you need to clear it with her. It would be better to get a female 1st.....you can always go back to your breeder for stud service. Stud prices vary from region to region and kennel to kennel. And whether or not the stud is a Champion with a line of Champions behind them. Then you're getting into big $$$$$$$. It also depends if the stud has been proven or not. Some breeders don't charge stud fees on an unproven stud.
