Thank you, Lisa!! Your Chloe is gorgeous and her babies are just precious!! I would have a very difficult time parting with any of them! Yes, I do wash Toto myself. I occasionally take her to the groomer but none of them ever please me! I brush her hair daily and wash her at least once a week, sometimes more if she is smelly! I always brush all the tangles out, then wash her in Coat Handlers Clarifying Shampoo. This shampoo really brightens the lighter hair. After rinsing all the shampoo out, I use Coat Handlers Conditioner. I have been having such a hard time with her hair being dry, when I washed her yesterday, I tried a new method. Instead of rinsing the conditioner from her hair, I diluted about 1 Tablespoon conditioner in about 16 ounces water, saturated her hair with the mixture and left it in! Her hair feels so much better. We will be here in Colorado for several years [due to Patrick's job] and since it is desert here Toto's hair is so very dry, I am seriously considering having her cut in a puppy cut for awhile. She has the show coat now and it reaches the floor and in this dry climate it gets so many tangles, it's very difficult to get them out!

I have also tried the Vellus products and they are very good but I always find myself ultimately going back to the Coat Handlers products. Hope this helps!
