Poor thing! The 6th floor is pretty high at 7 in the morning! Well I don't know if boys are different with their pee habits? My Vixxen has started to "like" peeing outside but she will do both. It has become our routine to go outside first thing in the morning and then whenever I think about it during the day...but she still uses the pee pad.
What if you put the pee pad in an x-pen area and make him stay until he pees? At least in the morning?
