I received notice about the problem with my account from paypal while trying to make a transaction. I was suspect then went directly to paypal website and logged on there, only to get the same message. Could one of the businesses I had just made a purchase from do this, or was it someone hacking? Someone could've hacked your password. I change my paypal password every 6 months.
