New to the group but need to add my two cents.

While she is loose in the house and you are with her, keep her tethered with a light weight leash to your waist. This way you can redirect her when you catch her. This is a correctable behavior considering you are consistent and give it time. Also, when out in the yard keep her tethered to you so you can praise when she goes out. Use ONLY specific words such as "peepee out" to identify what she needs to do so she doesn't get confused. If your consistent she will be house broke in two weeks.

Make sure all previous pee spots are cleaned and don't leave pee pads out. It's one or the other so she isn't confused.
