Here is a very good and easy cheese soup
4 T butter
7 cups water
12 ounces corn
12 ounces potatoes peeled and chopped
8 t chicken bouillon
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 cup onions cubed
1 cup celery cubed
1 cup carrots cubed
1 medium cabbage head chopped
1 pound velveeta light cheese cubed
Dissolve butter in water
Mix all ingredients except velveeta cheese.
Cook 1 1/2 hours.
Stir in velveeta cheese. Simmer gently. |
