this is the whole problem with yorkshire terriers. they now come in every color and size. you see it here all of the time when people come here and ask "is this a yorkie?" "i think my yorkie is a mix"
people go out and spend lots of money on a yorkie and what they get is NOT the standard because people don't (as you say) "breed better" or is not meeting the standard. it is people like this who HURT other people who DO want that standard.

I HAVE NEVER NEVER NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN A BREED WITH SO MANY DIFFERENT LOOKS AND SIZE THAN THE YORKIE. THIS IS DUE TO OVERBREEDING AND NOT BREEDING TO THE STANDARD
