I apreciate any advice you have. I dont know about gerbils they remind me of mice with their long tail. My Daughter really wants the dwarf hampsters because thats what our neiighbor girl has. They are tiny little hampsters. We are still just looking into it. I think I might take her out today and look at the habitrails and we will look at the hampsters and gerbils
