If you are going to be having a baby soon, you might one to look into OAMC (Once A Month Cooking). It's all about preparing and freezing as much as you can ahead of time. Yahoo has a group, I believe it's called "Freezer Friendly", where I used to get alot of recipes. If you can't find it, PM me. There are cookbooks on the subject as well.
