OOOHHHHmy goodness, there is someone here who uses an answering machine. Last year my hubby was in the hospital and when I would go visit he would call and talk to Max. My friend lent me her video camera so I set it up to see what he was doing and he was tipping his little head from side to side and listened so intently and then when we would hang up he would lay down right by machine and go to sleep.
