in breeding Chi's it doesnt matter whether youve breed a long to short coated (or the opposite) nor the color you've breed to. They will yield both long and short coat and colors can vary in each litter (example if youve bred a parti to a red, they can give you a mixed colored litter)...so it would be very difficult to tell bred with a yorkie for quite sometime. But it would be my opinion your little girl takes after the brindle coloring in a Chi.
