I've always pronounced it Bee-u-ers, kind of rhymes with brewers. Anyway, they're all beautiful.
As far as buying from the internet, I chose a puppy from the net but one close enough to go see in person. I was invited into their home but not the kennel because they had a new litter of pups and didn't want them exposed to foreign bacteria. I can understand that, I'd feel the same way. They brought two little girls in for me to look at and both parents.
What I didn't like was that we passed the kennel and the dogs were basically stacked in cages upon one another. It looked like the poor dogs lived in cages like chickens. They had at least 3 different breeds. I thot it was a puppy mill, in my opinion it was. I have been told by several breeders who don't breed like that, that if it was clean, and neat, if the dogs were well taken care of then it wasn't a puppy mill. My puppy had never been on grass before, it scared her. She's turned out to be a little beauty.
What constitues a puppy mill?
I forgot to add that they sold to pet stores. They were getting out of it, was what I was told. Hmmm. (Make that brokers, not pet stores. I know the same thing.)
