Well, it's definitely gold not taupe. Does she mind gold? There are some really pretty dresses in all colors in the links I posted. check them out after you see what style you want. I spent hours and hours online after I decided what I looked good in. I don't want to look dowdy but I don't want to take anything away from my daughter either. Hmmm.
