Thanks for the info especially about the food. I have him on Scinece Diet L/D but I have heard so much bad about Science Diet I haven't been happy about using it. I will look in Royal Canin my Vet doesn't use it but I will look for one that does. I may switch to the Sam-E I think it may be easier, Elmo really hates the Milk Thistle! Again thanks for all the info.
