OMG , I'm soo sorry to hear this.
I remeber when i was a child, we had a 15 lb female, that delivered 5-7 dead puppies. A few days after this she was in a lot of pain, so we took her to the vet, and she had to have emergency surgery, Bc she was so messed up inside( there was one more dead puppy left inside)
Poor thing! It must be hard for both of you.
