As most of you know, I have a new 4 yr old Yorkie female that I adopted. Well when she brought her to me she did not give me her shot record or medical info for her. She did tell me what Vet she used, but I called and they have no record of her or Baby.
I don't even know her DOB. She is not fixed, so I really need to get her in and be fixed. What do I do without a shot record?

Also, when Baby starts to play, she sounds like she is out of breath, So she really needs to be seen for a check up and to get scheduled to be fixed.
