to all my YT friends:
Known as the "Puppy Mill Capital of the East," Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, has the highest concentration of puppy mills of any county in the United States.
At last, the state's Department of Agriculture and Bureau of Dog Law Enforcement have introduced regulations that could help put an end to some of the inhumane practices considered "routine" at these high-volume dog breeding facilities. The great news is, you don't have to live in Pennsylvania to weigh in on this issue!
The ASPCA supports the proposed regulations and wants your help moving them forward. If you have been looking for an opportunity to do something about puppy mills, this is your chance!
