Most important thing with the nw tiny puppy is to keep their sugar level up. So always have some nutrical on hand, or caro syrup.
My ved and breeder gave me advice to give Lilo warm milk with sugar (about 1 teaspoon per 1/2 cup) every morning and specialy at night before bedtime. It worked great for us.
Also make sure that he eat at all times, even if you'll have to give him wet food mixed with treats ( it's better than nothing)
