It's SO important that you get her to eat something, but please don't go trying many different things. That can cause tummy upset which will add to whatever's going on
It's not the age of the dog that determines whether they can go hypoglycemic, it's their SIZE and your girl is tiny. They always need to be nibbling, do you leave her kibble down all the time?
