I think that pit bulls can be very sweet dogs and may not be aggressive, but all puppies like to fight and the problem with the pit bull is that their jaws have so much strength that they may not intend to hurt but they can very seriously injure a smaller dog or child. I have 2 outside dogs that get lots of attention EVERYDAY, they prefer to be outside, they run free and have a huge warm dog house but when it gets real cold they stay in a room off the carport. I don't think that there is anything wrong with a dog being outside. My daughter is allergic to dogs that shed and so our lab and golden retriever stays outside. They are very happy and healthy and they go to work with my husband sometimes too. I think that it is silly to think that if you don't keep a dog inside then you shouldn't have one. I think that at least they have freedom to run and play outside, some people leave their dogs in the house all day while they are at work and to me that is much worse than being outside especially if they are big dogs. But thats just my opinion...
