I let mines sleep in her cage with the door open. I have pads outside of the crate so she has no choice but to pee. She is doing really well as I have 4 pads all around. Whenever I see her sniffing and running in circles, I take her back to the pads. I keep her behind a gate where the pads are to. She's been doing real good with a few mistakes when I turn my back.
