Hi Tiffany and welcome to YT. I'm not an expert but I noticed that your baby is pretty small. Tia is just over 2 pounds and is 11 months. Tia also shakes alot. Most of the time it is because she is cold but I have also noticed she scares easily and she will shake even if something new is brought into the house. I cuddle her and usally it stops. I would return to the vets if there is still a concern. Best of luck!
