I'm asuming that you aren't talking about the belly button hernia and you're talking about the abdomonal hernia. These can be fixed. Different vets charge different prices. If I'm not mistaken, I've heard/read that these are genetic...abdominal hernias...and that if you were planning on using her for breeding, you shouldn't cause this can be passed down.
