Just got throught bathing my two. Maddie is a breeze, she lets you do anything to her and her hair doesn't mat. Rudy is a whole other story, he loves the bath but blow drying and brushing. It's like wrestling a 300 lb tiger. He mats easy and has a full coat. He get mats bad around his upper legs, I have tried every kind of brush and comb. What works best on him is the pin brush without the balls on the end. What type of hair does she have? That has a lot to do with what brush or comb will be good for her. For Maddie I use a boar brush like Toto's mom, but that type of brush won't go through Rudy's hair. Maybe your breeder can help tell you her hair type and what brush will be good for her.
