Seems like it's a fairly common phenomenon. I just noticed them last week and my Mom in law (who breeds dogs in England) said they will come out eventually. I just think that it may be painful to him. He's been acting really strange lately. Wanting to play all night while we try to sleep. Whining and crying, and when you get up to see what's wrong, he tries to play.

I didn't want to run him to the vets as my experience with most of them is that they need you to spend enormous amounts of money on erroneous tests and stays.
