Exclamation Goomba isn't feeling well...something he ate?

We have two male Yorkie puppies (they are brothers). Goomba is larger then Moco but tends to be the sicker of the two. A few weeks ago they were outside and were chewing on a frog that one of our cats had killed. Whatever part they ate upset their stomach and both puppies ended up sick (with different symptoms). Both had rumbling stomachs though and after a trip to the vet & antibiotics they got better and were able to pass what they ate. Well it seems as though Goomba has eaten (again) either a frog, lizard or bird part that the cats left in the yard. He hasn't been as perky for the last two days and his stomach has been rumbling again. Has anyone ever heard of giving a dog a mix of raw egg and milk to coat and help their stomach? My neighbor mentioned it but she has large collies....would this be harmful to a little Yorkies system? Goomba has been drinking plenty and he enjoyed part of a Greenie this evening. The only other strange thing is that he urinated on the couch while sitting next to me yesterday and then today he urinated in their new doggie bed...never alerting me to either incident beforehand. Is he trying to tell me that he isn't feeling well? Thanks.
