Elec clippers should not cut your baby. I take the clippers to my forearm to check temp and cutting. if they are not cutting or hot to you they will not hurt your baby. However be carefull that you don't scrap burn the skin. You could cause a rash burn.
If you are nervous about useing clippers . your baby will feel it to.
Take a paper towel holder & glue cotton balls on it. Practice that way. it works pretty well.. If you cut to close to the paper holder OOP'S
This well help you get comfrontable with elec clippers.. good luck
