Just like children, your dog is not going to like all other dogs that she encounters.

This doesn't mean that you have to tolerate this behaviour, but on the flip side, don't blame yourself. It sounds like you're on the right path to fixing it, rather than just shrugging it off and letting it go like all too many owners do w/ our little ones.

Keep your chin up and stick w/ your training!
