I get very sharp pains in my ovaries... I never knew it had a name. What a funny name. I'll have to remember that.
If your AF was here about 2 weeks ago it could be ovulation. The only way I think it could be a sign of being pg is if you were going to be having af any day, and your body was just starting to realize you were pg. (you usually can't tell until about the time you'd start anyways).
I'd go to the doc to make sure it isn't any kind of infection.
