From what I have seen on Animal planet they rarely get more than a
slap on the wrist! It makes no sense at all to me why these cruelty
cases are not taken for what they are. Just plan down right criminal!

I AGREE ! It should be a FELONY and not a stupid misdemeaner - our laws suck when it comes to animals - all the way around....I havent been able to get that poor dog out of my head since I read that article
