Just reading the story makes me so upset I can't look at the picture.
I wish the authority would put up or shut up on these kinds of cases.
From what I have seen on Animal planet they rarely get more than a
slap on the wrist! It makes no sense at all to me why these cruelty
cases are not taken for what they are. Just plan down right criminal!
