What age is te norm for heartworm prevention? Hubby took the 2 girls to the vet last week. They tested Roxie for heartworms (negative), but only gave hubby 1 pill.He said that they told him it was for Reghan, but that doesn't make sense. I think it was for Roxie! Is Reghan too young (9 weeks) to start heartworm prevention??? Thanks alot-Tara
