You can do it! If you have ever gotten a tattoo, you can do this. She just kept telling me to breathe, I almost felt like I was in labor (not that I know what that feels like, but the whole breathing thing was like that)!
She gave me some cream to make the next time a little less painful, this time I had nothing.
