Glad Roxy is going to be fine. It's a good thing you took her to the
vet when you did. What about yourself? Everything alright with you?
You were also eating it! Take care and hugs to Roxy from Buddy.

Aww, Carol, you're so sweet. Most people can't believe the kind of rot-gut food I can eat and have no ill effects. Probably from years of scraping fur off of stuff just to have a little dinner. (Not too many years, just a few. Had an idiot 1st. hubby and was too proud to ask anyone for help). So, maybe that's why I never get sick.

Anyway, I am fine, and other than the Pennsylvania Quick-Step, Roxy is fine, too. I'll give her the anitbiotics to make sure everything gets cleaned out of her system. I do know some people are more susceptible to food poisonings than others. That's probably why some people get sick, and others don't. I do hope everyone who may have ill effects from it, recovers quickly. The vet said because their tummy's are so much smaller, pets will be much more affected than people.
