Heres my advice... This is the only thing that finally worked with wookie, after over a year of him peeing alllllll over the place alllllll the time.

we put a leash on him at all times, and whereever we were... we attached the leash somewhere close to us. For instance in the living room we put the leash on the coffee table.. As soon as we saw that he needed to go.. cause you can just tell, we took him outside and told him to go potty and he did... eventually we made the leash longer and longer to give him more freedom, and then we taught him the doggy door and he was golden after that (3 months of work total probably).

Because she would be right there in front of you, you can see her the second she tries to pee on the carpet.. so if she tries, jsut say say no right away and take her outside instantly... then clean up the pee.
