Neutered one chihuahua at 6 months, 3lbs; second chi spayed at 18 months - 1lb 12oz; and my Yorkie was neutered 2 months ago at 5 yrs - 7lbs! My shihtzu was spayed done at 6 months. They were all fine regardless of age and weight.
