I was told one time that some yorkies never "learn" to wag their tails. Also some never actually learn to bark! Unfortunately mine have the barking down without problems. Both Lily and Gracie wag their tails and Lily is 12 weeks and Gracie is 2 years.
I was never given a reason specifically why they never do! |
