I had just the opposite experience. I took my girl to Petco once and they butchered her hair. it was all uneven and choppy. But Petsmart does a good job here. I tell them exactly what I want done and they write in in the computer. My girl is really squirmy when the clippers are near her head so it can be hard to trim up her face but they do a good job.
