your local pharmacy has small syringe *(without the needle) fill it up with warm water and shoot it directly in his little hiney it should create a bowel movement within a few minutes if not about an hour later try again
its safe and effective. If the second one doesnt work then make an appointment with your vet may be something else wrong...
