Yes, it sounds like you are on the wrong chat network on mIRC.
Try a different server, such as /server irc.prison.net or /server irc.qeast.net
After you get the login message, type in /join #yorkietalk if no popup window shows up. Usually ident is not necessary. Good luck! |
