This is so sad a dog walker was walking three dogs and one stepped on a manhole cover and was electrocuted. The dogwalker tried to give him (Bob) mouth to mouth resuscitation but it didnt work. So sad watch your little babys when walking them in this horrible weather it was a Boston Terrier he was only 1yr old.
