I agree with the above advice that relapses are common and to use an enzymatic cleaner.

It would also be a good idea to go "back to the basics" for a while - watch Banjo like a hawk, hurry him outside if he starts to potty inappropriately, take him outside regularly and stay with him until he does his business, and most importantly, reward him (with treats and praise) for appropriate pottying.

I'm betting he'll get back on track again soon.
