Oh yes... we don't have a doggie door now because we are out in the country and have only a barbed wire fence around our property (can you just see the skunks and other critters wandering in?? ) but we had a sliding glass door at our old house when we had our toy poodle. This house was in town with a fenced in yard so it was the perfect situation for a doggie door. I loved it!! I honestly don't remember how much it cost (between $100-200, I believe) because it was so long ago but it was SO worth it!! We first had it in our living room sliding glass door but when we replaced that with french doors, we moved it to the bedroom sliding glass door. It worked great. I highly recommend it. I would just keep internet searching to find the best deal. I like the sites that have customer reviews. Those have saved me from some costly purchase mistakes in the past. Good luck!
