If nothing else, we CAN do this. As everyone knows, many people use paypal for their online purchasing, now. If we all question paypal, and threaten to withdraw our accounts, maybe that will force them to ban this "seller" of children. We can at least make it not so darned easy for him to receive payment!! I plan to send this to everyone I know and encourage them to do the same.
