understand heights? I mean, we have a giant brick "step" off our backyard lawn, and Vixxen knows the yard so well that she can jump off it, knows the pool is a pool and knows her boundries. When do you think a puppy comes up to the "end of the grass" and realizes there is a huge drop there? Does this make sense? I have been keeping Truffles on her leash in the backyard till she "grows up" a bit and she walks along the brick "drop off" but I'm not sure that she won't just fall off-you know, not stepping in the right place and just falling off!
Maybe I should post pics of the backyard and where she walks so this makes sense?!
