The next time the company calls you, I'd inform them that you've saved all of their e-mails & that the Better Business Bureau is very interested in reading each & every one of them. Say it very matter of factly & tell them any further correspondence from them is being copied to the BBB, Florida State Attorney General & your credit card company. Make sure you get his or her full name, any ID number he or she may have associated with the company & the supervisor's full name. Even if you don't follow through with the BBB or Attorney General thing, it might make them knock it off.
