It is definitely the parents' fault for not teaching that kid how to handle small animals. My daughter is 2 1/2 and knows very well that she can't be rough to animals. In fact, she knows that our little dogs are completely off limits, unless she's sitting down by them petting them. No picking them up whatsoever. |
