The waist is elasticized and is 8 1/2 inches without it being stretched. You can pull it out to about 11 inches. The length is about 6 inches long.
The shirt is 5 3/4 inches long and the width of the band at the bottom of the shirt is about 11 and 1/2 inches and the neck is about 9 inches, just right below it.
