I do NOT blame the child. I blame the PARENTS!! I would NEVER allow my children to handle a dog, let alone a PUPPY, that way!
But how can the child be expected to know the proper way to handle a puppy unless his parents TEACH HIM?
Poor puppies. I cringed during that video.
